We use information you submit to respond to your request and keep you connected with RetroFizz.
WHAT YOU SHARE.
Event inquiries include the contact and event details you enter. When enabled, Fizz Fam updates signup asks for your first name, email and explicit email marketing consent; it does not create a customer account. If automated delivery is unavailable, the event form offers an email draft containing your inquiry details; you must send it yourself. The site may use your browser's local storage for the Flavor Kit cart and a checkout retry identifier.
WHERE IT GOES.
When configured, event inquiries are sent to RetroFizz’s ClickUp Lead Bank. Fizz Fam interest records use the existing shared customer app database, with signup source, date, consent wording/timestamp and subscription status. Signup is currently closed. Owner access controls protect these records. Duplicate submissions do not reactivate unsubscribed contacts. Future emails will include an unsubscribe link; you may also contact us to withdraw consent. Square handles checkout on its own site when an ordering link is available. Public calendar listings come from a separate RetroFizz public calendar.
